Busy crazy weekend

I think the long weekend should be spent doing something fun... well, this weekend was a long weekend (Civic Holiday I think?) but we spent most of it working. Of course, it's mostly shopping and such, and it was rather tiring...


Friday evening
- come to think of it, I think this was quite a relaxing night
- put in deposit for the DJ. Need to come up with the music play and non-play list
- Met with couple of friends at our new apartment, and they surprised us with new chairs!
- Went out for dinner with them... had a relaxing evening
- Mmm... cake :D

Saturday
- Went to finish our registry
- Bumped into a friend who may have been looking around for our stuff on the registry...
- Registry is so damn hard to do when you don't even know what you're looking for
- Especially if they are for things that you currently don't have...
- Registry is not finished yet... *sigh* But got a lot of it done

Sunday
- Had a bit of a mishap (I'm rather emotional)
- Went to get the engagement photos done
- I am quite comfortable, but it's quite interesting to see my bunny getting uncomfortable
- Maybe I am just use to being photographed?
- Engagement photos took a good 3.5 hours
- Ate dinner with the photographer friend and his family at 4:30pm (early dinner)
- Went to W!$&mart to get some stuff for the new place
- Checked Ikea to see if they are open on holiday Monday
- Saw lots of people lining up... we later found out there's a giveaway on Monday for the first 100 - Would you line up for a measly $119 chairs?

Monday
- Bought a bed
- I hope it's good as we didn't really search around the net for the best bed
- of course, we don't trust the opinions on the net ;)
- went to Ikea
- Did some shopping...
- I think I need some rest...
